I'm very good with selling dreams and visions of where they will get to... if they let me help, of course lol. I usually present how their brand would be presented if I designed it, and they get excited when their channel (art/motion intro/logo)/website looks like the ones of the big YouTubers they look up to and aspire to be. I also work with SEO, traffic increase, etc. A bit of talent and a bit of emotional manipulation. Selling dreams eh...Sounds like a white collar con job. That's not satisfying work. I worked commercial lending and that is much the same thing: selling dreams to poor saps that think they are going to have a hotel or golf course even though its not feasible that they will even get backed, given their financial profile. But they sure had enough to pay us a due diligence fee in leau of the commission we would never get paid because their loan didn't have a chance of making it to the closing table. I couldn't stand that line of work and had to change careers. So tell me, have any of your "youtube clients" actually benefitted from your marketing and branding, or are they pissing their money away?
