LINK? i'm not going to waste my time going through each, as they're something you can find yourself; but i'll provide one example with weights for canelo and golovkin. this site is called boxing news twentyfour. i can't type it out here because the site doesn't allow it. here's a link to an article that states that golovkin was 170 on fight night for a MW fight, and canelo was 174. http://www.boxi ngne ws24.com/2014/03/canelo-weighed-174-lbs-for-angulo-fight-last-night/ they generally weigh in "unofficially" with some clothes on, but that doesn't make up for how off your numbers are. professional middleweights can be expected to walk around well over 180 lbs without getting into bad shape. again, these guys are 170 ish lbs in the best shape of their lives on fight night. they do not walk around at those weights. sometimes, you bsceners need to just stop talking and take notes when some of the more informed boxing people are talking. ray corso, a poster here, and former professional trainer who has worked with many top boxers, has a breakdown of "walking around" weights for pro boxers without a fight scheduled. your weights are nowhere close to his. you can PM him, if you'd like.

All the **** talking going on now, plus an impressive win by Ward Saturday certainly helps this fight pick up steam. I also like the idea of these guys doing a co main event, hopefully both look impressive, a bit more **** talking, and maybe we will get the type of interest needed to get these guys in the ring. The problem as of now is two fold. Neither guy, and I stress neither, will do this fight for chump change. As of now they would have to fight for chump change considering the magnitude of the fight. Both have to do their part to draw interest to the fight. Neither guy is ducking the other. Anyone who actually thinks one guy is somehow scared of the other is just hating. Best post in this thread , they both feel like this is one of their superfight options because of the actual risk and boxing quality in the fight , but HBO who runs the numbers would no pay the amount they feel they should get for such a big fight (in their mind) , Barcham stated the numbers several times this thread and it is what it is , Andre wont fight for chump change neither will GGG and that seals the deal on the fight. A loss in today`s boxing is a very big hit unfortunatly and can set you back years.
