Could it be that Algieri has developed some power. Chris was throwing some beautiful punches and really sitting down on them. I think he would've "wobbled" some of the other top welterweights. I saw somewhere that JDJ has been going through techniques with him to get more power. I think we saw that Friday then in the fight. Never going to be a legit threat in that aspect, but still made some progress.

I'm rooting for Khan to get the fight. With Khan's delusional fan base NSB would be as good as it's ever been.

Algeri was walking through his shots like he was the Terminator It was as if Khan's punches felt good to him how quick he was trying to get back in range. About the thread though, general garbage is a way tougher material than what Khan's chin is made of. Khan's chin is like a wet paper sack.

You jnow Algieri knocked out 5 sparring partners and JDJ said he had good power but didnt sit on his shots enough. This is not Algieri's new style, it's his style vs Khan as Khan doesnt like pressure. He wont fight a hard puncher thr same way.
