Some of the comments in this thread are hilarious. The best of Duran beats the best of Mayweather because Duran was all round the better and greater fighter. Simple. The only chance Floyd has is if he fought a fat out of shape Duran.

Again, Floyd was 37 when he fought Maidana and Maidana imo is physically stronger, stronger puncher but of course way less skilled than Duran, but the reason why he could push Floyd on to the ropes was because of size, weight and physical strength advantage. Though I think Floyd's style is a frustrating fight for Duran, it wouldn't surprise me to see it go either way. Leonard and Hearns would be too much for Floyd, being that they were just as fast and talented, but far more powerful and aggressive. Floyd hasn't fought anyone in their class. Nothing against Duran, but I see Floyd's passive/evasive style presenting problems for the way Duran fought.

One of the best inside fighters, with power on both hands. Duran is faster,has far better foot work, far more accurate, he's rough with his opponents on the inside.
