I know p4p lists are subjective, and you should not take them to seriously. But seriously what is up with this?
You have Wladimir Klitscko, a ATG heavyweight, breaking records, knockibg people out, barely losing a round. Hes beaten Povetkin, Pulev, Tony Thompson, David Haye, bryant jennings, Chris Byrd, samual peter etc etc. Alot of them different style, alot of them undefeated when he fought them. He is one of the biggest title defence reigns ever, and one of the longest reigns ever in Heavyweight history. plus he has a 80 percent ko ratio.
Tim Bradley seems to be living off this "manny pacquio win" which if the lists are truely subjctive should take that with a pinch of salt. He debatably beats ruslan whos a great fighter, but liimited in skills, debatably beats Marquez, losses to manny pacquio, and then draws a fight.
How does that equate to being higher than Wladimir Klitscko on p4p rankings???? Does anyone truely think that Tim bradley will go down in history as better than Wlad??
But not Bradley's not greater then wald. But Bradley's no slouch Marquez Peterson (Alexander people was on here riding those nuts after the urango fight)
Rulsan holt witter arbegu pretty good Resume.
damn 1:30 in and only 1st round done.
Absolutely disgraceful performance by Wladimir 'the octopus' Klitschko,
I used to put blame on Wlad for his many terrible performances but it's become apparent that Wlad isn't holding back he simply lacks the skills to cleanly box quality opponents. If he tried he'd get beat every time. He's basically a taller John Ruiz.
This is why the Fury fight will be so interesting because he'll be in with a guy who he can't hug to death.
Personally I don't include heavyweights in my pound 4 pound lists. I also don't include wrestlers in my boxing lists.
p4p means skill/resume ignoring size so if you explicitly disqualify an entire weight division it isn't a p4p list. It's just a list of your favorite little guys.
Pound for pound can't be proven and is just a matter of personal opinion. Anybody who ranks Bradley who is indeed a good fighter above Wladimir has a very strange and very wrong opinion.
Wlad's vast repertoire of skills include a total of 3 different punches(exclusively towards the head) usually only one punch at a time and some greco roman manoeuvres.
Neither of them is on a credible p4p top 10. It's no knock against Klit to not highly rate a heavyweight champ in a weak era who wins mostly with his size. Bradley's limitations are obvious and his results far from dominant. I'd say it's fair enough to have them both around 30. It's the best fighters in May 2015, not a career accomplishments list. Pac and Marquez also shouldn't be top 10 p4p. Thurman and Brook would beat Pac, Marquez, and Bradley so they should be regarded as greater fighters p4p right now.
Here's what I have...
Mayweather
Rigondeaux
Gonzalez
Ward
Lomachenko
Crawford
Inoue
Estrada
Golovkin
Kovalev
Fixed it for you. If you think that the Chavez fight was a legitimate draw you should just quit watching this sport. With the same effort I could say he beat Pac once because his record shows that...
Also he wasn't nearly dominated against Pac in their second fight. Bradley was really strong and agile in the first half of the fight after that he faded and lost but maybe because his injured calf which btw seems to be a more true excuses than Pac's dislocated houlder after the May fight since Bradley mentioned that injury just after the fight in the ring not just a day after the fight...
But it's whatever, the point is, he wasn't nearly dominated in their second fight.Bradley was very good for about four rounds in the second Pacquiao fight, which means for the remaining 8 rounds he was gassed and did nothing.I had Bradley winning the Chavez fight, but only by a two round margin. He took some shots in that fight that no p4p fighter should be taking from the caliber of fighter that Chavez is.Also no matter how you try to swing it a prime Bradley eked out a decision against a 40 year old Marquez.
I have been asking this question forever.Over the last 3 years he has been dominated twice by Pacquiao. Barely won a decision against a 40 year old Marquez who KTFO Pacquiao on his very last fight before the Bradley one, went life and death with a very limited fighter in Provodnkov and robbed against an obscure fighter.

Bradley beat JMM fair and square. JMM > everybody on Wlad's resume.
+ Peterson and Alexander at the time when Bradley fought them are also better than most of Wlad's opponents.
If the 147 division would be just as swallow as the hevyweight was in the last 10 years then Bradley would have probably also ruled it.
The HW division has never been as strong as it has been in the last 10 years.
But even if you don't agree with that it matters not...
Bradley is still lb for lb greater than Wladimir!
He doesn't rate that high on the toplist that's for sure, but he atleast belongs in the discussion.
