Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao were both tested around 19 times.
Mayweather was on "special substance."
Mayweather gave urine on March 13, 18, 19 and 28, April 2, 10, 15, 21 and 27 and May 1 and 2. He gave blood samples on March 13, 18 and 28, April 2, 10, 15 and 21 and May 2.
Paquiao gave urine on March 14, 17, 23 and 24, April 1, 9, 16, 22 and 27 and May 1 and 2. Pacquiao gave blood samples on March 14, 17 and 24, April 1, 9, 16 and 22 and May 2.
Mayweather also applied for, and was given, a therapeutic use exemption (TUE) for rehydration purposes after the May 1 weigh-in. He took two separate mixes. The first was a mixture of 250 ml of saline and multi-vitamins. The second was a 500 ml mixuture of saline...

yup, but the money won't be flowing forever. once usada stops receiving their bribe money, u'll start to see a real investigation into floyd's cheating ways. same thing happened to lance armstrong and same thing will happen to floyd.
those 3 failed tests will no longer be just a "rumour/speculation".I agree 100 percent.
I've kinda of thought this for a while and maybe that's my underlying dislike for him honestly. I've thought that he has cheated for almost every fight that he has had for the last 5-8 years. He has the money to pay the right people to make things go away.its pretty obvious now.
Floyd signed a TUE form right after the weigh in .
Saline iV. Saline is a masking agent. Floyd doesnt have rehydration issues. Nothing fake about this.
Add vampire facials (lances way of cheating)
And floyd looks very suspicious .
This dude could be a huge Fraud. If only a Federal investigation would begin.

I agree the fans should start a petition. after all someone has to clean up the sport.
Floyd was suppose to clean up the sport? What happened? Dude has roid bodyguards, roid friends, roid boxing mates, roid gym mates. Now this. This guy is a walking fraud lol
Oh the hypocrisy..

floyd doesnt gain enough weight to need IV saline after the weigh in, this is fake.
Unless youre saying he drank it, which anyone could really give a **** if he drank some salt water.
I am talking about the time he takes off after his September fights until the next May the past few years. People have speculated that he is on something but then has time to cycle off of it before he heads back to train in March for his May bout.
If he is not suspect and is really trying to clean up the sport then why doesn't he get tested year round. The fact that he is really only tested for about 5 months out of the year is suspect IMO.
Because of these speculations the NSAC tested him out-of-competition (without fight scheduled), at least once. Came up negative.
u can't get the proof because USADA has it well hidden. but floyd's failed tests were discussed by the drug testing community and was eventually reported on by well respected journalist/author thomas hauser. the USADA is in floyd's pocket because he pays them big $$$$$$$$$$. just wait, once the money stops flowing u'll see usada go after floyd. they did this with lance armstrong also.
floyd's a cheater without a doubt.
Just some points:
- Hauser actually wasn't the first who reported the "failed" drug tests. He took just major parts of the story, which were no proof given.
- USADA didn't go after Armstrong. There were some allegations and after that a federal investigation brought up several things. At the end there were some positive tests of retested specimens but before that there was a whole lot going on in the Armstrong case.
