SCOTT QUIGG fears a 'Battle of Britain' clash with Carl Frampton may never take place. IBF super-bantamweight champion Frampton has turned down a £1.5m offer to fight WBA belt holder Quigg. Bury bruiser Quigg will now make the sixth defence of his title against Spaniard Kiko Martinez at the Manchester Arena on July 18. Victory could then lead to more negotiations with Belfast's Frampton. But 26-year-old Quigg says a super-fight between the pair is not guaranteed. Rigo would be on the next plane to London if that were true. LOL. Probably fight him for cheap too. Rigondeaux was supposed to be showing up to both of their next fights as well as Santa Cruz's. And he was forced to retract the statement saying he was sitting out his contract instead.

I think he is being handled very well,getting plenty of tv time and is a bigger knowen name than quigg outside england,at least a more known champion,which is crazy seen as scott has defended his paper "6 times" fck sake,this muppet is only on eddies strings,and if kiko KOs him (cause he wont get a decision) the puppet master is going to cut them!!
