He goes and absolutely schools a guy who people said could beat him and said he was scared of him. Basically shuts him out and then he still received zero credit from Pacquiao, his team and fans. Instead they have cooked up lie after lie and excuse after excuse.
Floyd could have knocked out Pacquiao within 20 seconds and things would still be no different, there would just be another excuse that fits the bill enough for some people to swallow. This is just the truth of how it is. As he said in the Ortiz face-off, he will never ever get the props he deserves no matter what he does.
Y'know, i was actually never a big Mayweather fan, although i always admired his game and knew he was the best around but seeing him school another fighter who's considered an ATG and get his victory basically urinated on by lies, excuses and bitterness while he handled his victory with some class and praise for his opponent made me realise he is the only guy who should come out of this whole affair with some class, as well as the W on his record.
He should take any fight he wishes in September and hang them up. Don't give rematches to those with no respect, hypocrites and liars. He owes nobody anything anymore and i hope one day he gets the praise he deserves, because in this generation, he absolutely stands alone as the best.
He owes the sport nothing more, especially when he still doesn't get the credit he deserves. Give the man his private jet full of strippers to get away from a sport he has probably kept alive in the past few years by keeping it in the mainstream somewhat. It'll be a long time before we see that greatness and skills inside the ring again.
I've been rooting against Floyd for almost 20 years. I wanted him to fight Manny so Manny could kick his ass, but he gave Manny a boxing lesson instead. Floyd out smarted him, he made him look like every other opponent and clearly out boxed him. People who say other wise is blind or don't know **** about boxing.
Floyd gets full credit from the people who matter, the boxing community!
All credible boxing writers, commentators and other on air personalities like Lederman, and his boxing peers.
Anyone with common sense and a love for boxing knows and respects what took place on May 2nd, 2015.
You can't blame the guy.
I mean he's been boxing what? 30+ years?
Stuff gets old after awhile.
Plus he's accomplished pretty much anything a boxer can accomplish during their career.
Pac fans are still shocked that Floyd beat the 8 Division World Champion and Fighter of The Decade and HOF inductee and 7 Time Boxing Writers Association of America Trainer of the Year .
.
With ease too

Shocked?
Nah man. I thought if Floyd made it boring and Manny couldn't beat him in the punch output department then it would be a boring UD for floyd.
No shock here.

Floyd don't enjoy boxing anymore because they are not releasing the result of his random blood test despite the fact USADA knows Floyd and Floyd fans are the crusaders of Cleaning up the sport and level playing field.
I too would not enjoy boxing if couldn't stop a one armed midget with short arms that I had to foul with a hug every time he got close. I think there even an actual guillotine choke from UFC in there too lol
