First, I give credit to Floyd for his victory. He did some very good things in the fight.
Second, I see lots of Mayweather fans talking of things like "losing respect" for Manny because he didn't give Mayweather credit for the win.
The irony of it all, is that Mayweather spent the past 6 years discrediting pretty much all of Paquiao's accomplishments in the sport of boxing. Chances are the same fans who are now starting to "lose respect" for Pacquiao probably discredited Pacquiao the entire time Floyd started discrediting Pacquiao back in 2009.
Pacquiao giving very little to no credit at all for Floyd's victory against a one armed opponent is minor when compared to the racism and smear campaign Floyd started nearly 6 years ago.
lol the criticism on Pac is mild to say the least. Could you imagine Floyd losing and having a shoulder injury excuse? He would be crucified.
End of the day it doesn't matter really, they're both ATG's and what Manny did running through the divisions was one of the most exciting things we got to witness.
Manny not giving credit doesn't mean very much, and yes Mayweather has said some derogotary things about Pacquiao unprovoked and he'll live with that.
Some people are so afraid to admit Mayweather has been the better fighter all this time, Mayweather being better than Pacquiao doesn't take away the accomplishments of Pac and his status as an all time great. You know why? Ego and pride.
Can you imagine FLoyd being outlanded 2 to 1 ? Raise his hand after the first, says he thought he won ? Asked for an injection of xylocaine 30 minutes before the fight ? says after the fight he was injured while saying no on the formulary ? Not give any props to Pacs team ? Can you just imagine what the pact ard would say lol ?

That is impossible to imagine. We can't even entertain that thought. Mayweather had a rib injury in 2009 and postponed the Marquez fight from July to September.

The operative word here is : "Credit".
Credit: None given to Manny Pacquiao for failing to perform as his roach coach had predicted, and for failing to disclose an injury in the pre-fight medical reports for fear of losing out on the millions he had waiting for him, thereby shafting the fans of their hard earned money.
.
I gave Pacquiao credit too. Lots of people won't give him his props, but the dude showed up with one arm to fight Floyd Mayweather. I respect things like that.

Floyd gave Pacquiao a lot of credit in the build up to the fight and after the fight like a true sportsman, he even said that Pacquiao was much smarter than he thought and he called him a legendary hall of famer, Pacquiao never said anything like this neither before nor after the fight, he got thoroughly outclassed and he just won't admit it, even if he was really injured, he should've said I give Mayweather credit cuz he fought a great fight and I don't wanna make any excuses but I had to fight with a bad shoulder, why didn't he say that like all other fighters do? He didn't even mention the injury directly after the fight, it was after he went to the locker room and had a conversation with Roach and Arum that he came up with the shoulder injury excuse at the press conference, no MRI and no medical reports were submitted to the NSAC. HE WAS NOT INJURED!!!
Also where did all the talk about god go? why didn't he thank god that he made it out of the fight safe, why didn't he thank god for the payday he made, why didn't he mention god at all after the fight?! Sounds hypocryitical to me and that's why I lost a lot of respect for him as a sportsperson, I still respect him as a fighter cuz he had a legendary career, but as a person he showed his true colors, the man is a puppet for the white man, and we all saw it!
That's great that Floyd finally gave Pacquiao his credit after 6 years of talking ***** about him that often times was down right racism.
Kudos to Pacquiao for not giving Floyd his props lol

Disagree.
Manny being injured in the fight? Not Floyd's fault. It's a stupid decision for them to go through with the fight.
Floyd made it boring? Not Floyd's fault. That's his best shot on winning by limiting Manny's aggression. It may not look pretty but if it gets the job done, why wouldn't their team go with that strategy? It sucks but boxers' number 1 goal should be to win.
Manny is complaining more about this fight than when he was robbed against Bradley.
