Pacquiao had to fight a different fight, because he was in with a different fighter. Mayweather doesn't stand there long enough for Pac to attempt a 5 or 6 punch combination. Manny was forced to throw fewer punches and had to look or find his opportunities, which were much less with Mayweather. I don't buy the whole injury excuse and I think its pathetic Pac said he thought he won the fight, then comes up with an excuse. I remember some posters way back in 2010 arguing that Manny wouldn't be able throw all those combos against Floyd, because of his movement and counterpunch ability, and they were right.

Some people have been saying all along. There are levels to this. Unfortunately, Pacquiao just isn't on the same level as Mayweather. It's sad to see all the excuses he's making but after clowning Mayweather like he has been the last year or so what else could he say? He got beat decisively by someone him and his team said was scared to fight him.
