It landed half on the chest, and the other half on Pacquiao's bitchass right shoulder. It was/is all arm, just like Floyds cuffing left hook, not a scoring blow.

A lot of those previous gifs, I noticed Mayweather was hitting Pac's right shoulder or right arm just below the shoulder. The guy had to know Pac's shoulder injury because he was clearly aiming for it. And that's what Pac said, he knew because he was targetting his shoulder.

It's weird that Roach couldn't even fix that, nor could Pacquiao adjust. We knew going in he kept his right hand low but not even for this fight could he change that. It's hard to change something in 8 weeks that you have been doing for over 20 years.
