Didn't exactly work for Shawn Porter, he beat Paulie stupid and look at the things Paulie says about it, same inferences. So all these fighters, trainers and fans that talk **** about Floyd should be sued too, a lot of people said Floyd paid Bayless in the Maidana fight to allow him to clinch more often,some people say that Floyd allegdly failed drug tests, some people say that USADA are testing Manny but not Floyd, some say that the NSAC is in Floyd's pocket and the list goes on and on. These are also accusations that can ruin the reputation and the legacy of a fighter, and Floyd ignored all of them, Manny had the chance to shut everybody up and take the test and he didn't and this tarnishes his legacy and reputation in my eyes. No problem accusing someone if you have facts to back it up in a court of law. You have to be smart enough to know that if you defame someone because you are saying things to tarnish someone's reputation deliberately that you can get sued. Usually the bigger the reputation you're tarnishing the bigger the penalty.

Fighters get banned and suspended for taking PED's, they're legacies get shamed, they lose sponsorship deals etc. When you have someone accuse you of that, without any proof, it's a pretty serious deal. I'm glad Pacquiao sued Mayweather for that, I hope any fighter in his situation does the same thing. When Manny sees Paulie commentating on Showtime he probably thinks to himself, "why is the guy from the Sopranos calling this fight right now?" don't insult the sopranos man, come on...

F it... Sue em. Its not like Pac will have to actually do anything. Make suit... Lawyers go on auto-pilot. Collect check in a matter of months... Simple. In this day n age, everybody is looking to financially destroy you. Its free $$$. Act accordingly and smart. Dont wanna get sued? Paulie's lawyers have certainly helped him with the phrasing of some of his comments. He never explicitly said that Pacquiao was on steroids or juicing. He might have said that in the past and it was settled, but to my knowledge he's been calling Pacquiao a 'cheater'. Keep in mind that could mean anything. I think that's pretty cheap of him to do that. But Paulie is not someone with a lot of integrity.

The funny thing about this whole situation,is that Malinaggi now works with Memo Heredia. And funnier on top of that is that Paulie sees nothing wrong with that. He doesn't seem to clue in on the hypocrisy of it all. That's why I kind of question his education level. It's like the basics, 1+1=2 stuff, and he doesn't get it.
