Kudryashov is a big CW and a hard motherflipper too if he wanted to move upto HW he could without a problem.
Now he and Joshua have similar records granted Dmitry is ahead slightly as a Pro but similar nonetheless.
If this fight happened I wouldnt know who to pick Joshua is a strong young unit himself but could he withstand this CW with HW power?
another would be Kudryashov vs Joseph Parker!
Were they better at cruiser or not?
When a fighter is better at 154 we never say they should hang out at 160, or at 168 that they should fight at 175 but when it comes to cruiser it's a different story.
Kudryashov has done nothing really at cruiser yet and here he's already being talked as a HW. This is why the cruiser division will always be a stepping stone until a star stays in the division.
I don't mind it. It's far too hard to make unification fights at CW. Seems like less of a drag to move up, fight and beat a couple fringe HW's, then fight Klitschko and lose. Not that the end result is very exciting, but the CW division is it's own worst enemy.
Eh, Haye, Adamek, Huck and Cunningham weren't bad at HW. I doubt Kudryashov would be that much worse off.

I'll go with either heavyweight, more proven at the weight class.
This is a problem with cruiserweights, as soon as one of them look good people talk about a move to HW, and that's before they've even conquered cruiser.
We have no idea how Kudryashov takes a punch, or even if his power would carry up to another weight class.
I'd rather see Kudryashov v Makabu at this point, if the latter gets past Mchunu.
