That's a regular hand wrap that was cut and all they have to do is re-tape it. Either they didn't want to show how Garcia wrap Mayweather's hand or they didn't want to waste time doing it. It is not gauze and tape because it's a firm cast of some sort, which can clearly be seen in the video. To me the cast clearly looks like plaster. Huh... I guess it wasn't I thought for sure it was. It is still way too soft to be plaster, it's gauze and tape. Also, I use gel wraps which are terrible as they make your punches soft but are great when your hands are sore. Anyway, there is no plaster just gauze and tape, at least that's how it looked in the video, not gif.
