The atmosphere might rival that of Hatton vs Tszyu, that fight could potentially be monumental simply through the frenzied crowd participation - just like Hatton vs Tsyzu wasn't an amazing fight in itself, the crowd atmosphere made it Epic.
Should Ward take the opportunity to fight Froch in Nottingham to be a part of a fight which surely will be one of the most memorable of his entire career?
Why don't they just do it at another stadium?
Obviously not Wembley but say Villa Park or something?
Tim Sherwood needs the playing surface in perfect condition to play his one touch passing football. They should use Loftus Road it's about the right size and they don't need the pitch.
If ward does come to the uk it doesn't matter where you fight him ward doesn't wanna fight froch in Nottingham cause ward never got to fight in his hometown but Americas much bigger so it makes a little difference. Where as uk is so small people don't mind travelling to london in 4 hours and still having 20k singing froch fans. So it shouldn't bother ward if they fight in Nottingham but... Ward gunna beat his ass so if it's in london it's easier for me to travel cause I'll definitely go to this one. And I'm a big ward fan so yeah! Make it happen
Mr International Superstar should be able to fill Wembley shadowboxing in the mirror.
No way does this fill Wembley. Froch has huge star power but Ward is a nobody over here. Froch - Groves had everything to make it a big fight: two charismatic, aggressive, British fighters with a huge rivalry. Ward is a boring nobody to any but the most hardcore boxing fans.
But Kessler, Bika, Green and others fought Ward in his hometown.
Froch fought Kessler in his hometown.
Ward had home advantage against every single opponent he faced in the Super Six. He's a selfish, insecure prima donna who demands all the advantages.
The fight will sell better in Nottingham.
Shouldn't matter although I did vote not in Nottingham. You have to realize England isn't huge like North America and traveling is very easy. It was Froch whose fight did 80 K in London not too long ago.
Froch-Ward II wouldn't be as big as people think. If Ward thinks it would sell out Wembley stadium he's deluded. He doesn't have the charisma of George Groves to sell the fight, and he wouldn't come across as the baddie.
Nice Sugar Tyson Fury sig.
I think Ward should take the fight in the UK. I'm sure Froch regarded America as pretty much Ward's backyard anyways and Ward would do the same fighting in the UK.
Great champions should fight around the globe.

Would be good to avoid Nottingham but it really doesn't matter. Ward embarrassedhim with one good hand. Make a statement and go retire him in his hometown if he wants it that bad.
