Canelo is supposedly the better over all fighter, definitely much more hyped.
Going into the May Vs Canelo fight, I expected that it would look alot like May Vs Maidana 1, with the younger, bigger, fighter pressing the action.
Instead it looked like Canelo was way out of his league.
Was it a simple styles make fights issue, or is Maidana a better overall inside fighter? Maybe better cutting off the ring than Canelo?
Or was Floyd just lacking on the night of May Vs Maidana 1?
So how many careers have Chino's perfectly legal gloves ended to date? (Or at least after coming to America to fight Ortiz.) Yeah.
Floyd's camp took the first fight hostage at the last minute to advantage Floyd. Chino had both his new customized gloves and stock gloves on hand. While legal, none of those were good enough for Floyd. In the second fight Chino understood what a giant pile of money looks like so he agreed to bigger gloves in advance.
Let's be honest here. Have Chino ever fought as dirty as he did against any opponent as he did against Mayweather in that first fight? No!
Simply put, Chino and his team was willing to do anything to win. This the same gym that had Margarito plasters in there. They already messed up their right to choose their gloves once they had tampered with their first pair. Plus if Chino couldn't knockout Broner, then what makes you think he can get Floyd iron chin out of there? THINK stupid.
He didn't cheat because Floyd saved his career by not allowing him to cheat, see how bad you sound with what you are saying? LOL dummy

Like Shade said .....
There you go again Brick with the "cheat". As explained, a cheat would have been suspended. Maidana was rewarded with a 2nd fight!!!
Floyd fans agenda is to make Floyd wins looks an extra ordinary, an excellent one.
They make his opponent a much much better boxer than they actually are
see how they do it.
Floyd wins because:
Floyd adjusted/adopted - no matter how good an opponent was if Floyd adjusted/adopted he not gonna win
Floyd took over- no matter how good an opponent was if Floyd took over he not gonna win
opponents gassed out - no matter how good opponent was if he gassed out he not gonna win
opponents wrong game plan - no matter how good opponent was if he employs the wrong game plan he not gonna win.
why Floyd fans rarely or never uses these:
Floyd 10x a better boxer than opponents - Floyd wins diminishes he cherry picks
Floyd 10x more experiencec - Floyd wins diminishes he cherry picks
opponents never deserves to be in the ring with Floyd - Floyd wins diminishes he cherry picks
opponent green - Floyd wins diminishes he cherry picks
opponent drained - Floyd wins diminishes he drained him
i have yet to see the reason Pac wins is because his opponents gassed out, or Pac adjusted, or Pac opponents employed the wrong game plan.
anyways i think you got the point.
some poster can articulate this much better.

So Margarito cheated and therefore was suspended.
So Maidana cheated and therefore was not suspended? Maidana cheated and was actually rewarded because he got himself a rematch with Floyd. :dunno: :lol1:
See how bad what you are saying sounds? Give it up!
.

The gloves was tampered with..
Everyone else was able to wear their gloves, not Maidana because he tried to cheat like Margs. Just be glad I said Maidana is more of a threat than Pacquiao.

Time that you give it up defending that crap. Floyd didn't want Maidana to wear his gloves.
"No wonder Maidana was knocking them guys out" - Floyd Mayweather
Floyd Mayweather vs Maidana 1 * (Maidana not allowed to wear approved gloves due to Floyd's health concerns)
Floyd Mayweather vs Maidana 2 * (Maidana not allowed to wear approved gloves due to Floyd's health concerns)

Maidana fought inside and Canelo didn't. Maidana used his jab(Jabbing up and downstairs, changing levels while moving and throwing the jab) better than Canelo, showed better footwork than Canelo.
Canelo threw 526 punches. Maidana threw 858. That's over 300 more punches Mayweather has to worry about. Conservative work rates will get you nowhere with Mayweather. When you slow the match down like that you have to be way more creative or your opponent is gonna catch on fast. Maidana throwing all of those punches from everywhere does open him up to be countered more, but on the flip Mayweather is also worried about getting clipped himself.
I know Canelo fancies himself a classy boxer, but that really wasn't the time to try and show somebody up with those skills.
Powerlocks are not pillows, what are you talking about? Also if Maidana didn't tamper with his gloves and try to cheat, then he would had been able to wear his gloves.
Just give up. Maidana is 3x better than Rios.

Just different styles. Canelo tries to box more and is not as reckless. Maidana just doesn't give a **** about boxing. He's just there to kick somebodies ass by fighting rough, throwing all kinds of hard different shots and not giving a damn about taking hits. Maidana will give any fighter a hard time win or lose.
Maidana wore pillow gloves for the Floyd fight. Put a couple of asterisks against those fights and move on.

You are an extreme dickhead if you believe Maidana and Rios is on the same level. Rios is at a lower weight and doesn't have a jab like Maidana or an awkward style. Maidana moves his head and doesn't telegraph his shots because he throws weird. Rios is predictable. Especially the Rios Manny fought, who just came off a loss. You only hype Rios so Manny resume won't look like crap because you know it is crap.. stupid prick.

Mistake #1. Canelo tried to outbox Floyd :nonono:
Mistake #2. Canelo doesn't have the experience or skill to handle a calculating opponent that can adjust.
I don't care how many chances Canelo has to beat Floyd, it won't happen. Canelo is too flat-footed and much too dependent on his power at range. Before Canelo throws a punch, he plants firmly!!!! That style will never work against Floyd who is very fluid with his movement. That is how Canelo fights, and it is all wrong against Floyd.
Maidana throws technique and caution to the wind and that style would be difficult for any opponent. His shots are coming from every angle constantly while he's coming forward. Maidana had the size, he had the power and he had the style to give Floyd major problems. Still Floyd found a way to win both fights, once he figured out how to fight him.
And that is a key point, as to why Floyd is so difficult to beat .... He constantly adjusts to his opponents style and takes away their main attributes.
Watch on May 2nd. how quickly Floyd adjusts his style, once he locks-in on Manny's fighting pattern.
Floyd's ability to adjust will ALWAYS be his greatest attribute and why I pick him in almost any fight. It takes a bit of time. But once he downloads you he stops losing rounds and starts taking full control of a fight.

I'm not mexican retard. You don't even know who Ayala is yet you're questioning other people's boxing knowledge. Typical retarded waste of life Floyd fan.
You speaking of Ayala like he's some ATG or special one in a lifetime fighter.. HE's NOT you piss stain. I know you're not based off your screen name, you wish you were Mexican.
Maidana was throwing like 12-6 overhands and sh*t...Canelo is far too technically sound to even try that. Trying to out-think Floyd and box him is a mistake many have made and all have failed.
LMAO You mad a Mexican got put to sleep by a black guy or something? It's nothing new, just keep living your life and watch your mouth so it won't get you in trouble *****.
