It sounds like a BS story and I don't believe it. Rigo is a great champion and not likely to work for anyone as a sparring partner unless it was a personal favor. Rigo is the fastest and most skilled fighter around but using a southpaw 122 pounder for sparring doesn't make sense when you will be fighting a 147 pound orthodox right handed fighter. Not true. There's no point sparring a guy 25 lbs. lighter than you at that weight anyway. People say to get used to speed lol It's not like they can go hard. What's pac going to learn? Practice pulling and missing his shots? I remember de la hoya brought in calderon to prepare for pacquiao and read he couldn't hit calderon. And guess what he couldn't land **** on pacquiao LOL. That's absolutely pointless sparring IMO unless pac and rigo are close in weight to where they can go atleast 80%. Nothing to gain for pac. rigo is not 25 lbs lighter than pac. he's in a 25 lb. lighter division. difference. you're not really suppose to go hard on sparring. sparring is for conditioning, sharpening reflexes, working on technique, getting rust off, practicihg gameplan.

they should really bring in crawford since he can fight ortho lara would be good too. but put him in orthodox stance gotta match floyds height nd reach, not just footwork nd hand speed I'm pretty sure they got other sparring partners for that.

Heard this earlier. I wouldn't expect them to be sparring a whole lot given Rigo is an elite fighter with a career in front of him. I'm sure Rigo can give him some serious pointers in breaking Floyds defense. Whether he will or not I don't know. I don't even know if Rigo is one to give a sh*t about this fight let alone even knowing who Floyd is.
