Will Boxing ever have year round testing?

It should be federal law that in order to hold a sports combat license you need to submit monthly samples for basic blood/urine testing and they record your baseline stats. If there's a spike in your levels suddenly, then more expensive testing is implemented to find out why. With all the athletes in boxing & mma participating the economies of scale would drive down the individual expenses. Hell, include all professional sports and that would really drive down individual costs because then there'd be huge investments into clinics and personnel. I agree ................

WBC recently announced they're teaming up with VADA for year round testing. Not sure when it's starting.
