Is Roach's game plan relient on Floyds leg being shot?

If Mosley was able to pivot out of the way of the left hand, why does Mayweather's feet need to be any better than it's been in the past? I don't get it. Just control range, wait for Pacquiao to do the typical stutter step and then quickly side step, Mayweather is still fast enough and controls range well enough to easily do that.

That strategy sounds too basic for Floyd. I feel like so many fighters tried that already. I doubt that after 5 years,roaches plan for the biggest fight of this generation is "I hope that Floyd legs are shot,so he can't move away from us. If not,we're f*cked"
