He will get the same offer from GBP or better since Oscar knows Canelo needs that fight to break true. Outside of Cotto there is no one Canelo can face that can bring him the recogniton or the money Cotto can bring. The previous offer came back when Canelo and DLH were pushing hard for the fightd because they wanted to bump Mayweather off May 2nd...back when it was unclear who Mayweather was going to fight and when Cotto was presumably still in the running for it. With Pacquiao and Mayweather fighting in May and then likely taking off the rest of the year, Canelo should be able to get the September date he wants with or without Cotto. He's the 24 year old with the new HBO deal. Cotto's 34 with an inexperienced promoter and no network deal. I'd say the situation favors Canelo more now.

And looking at those three names...Bundrage shouldn't be a ppv fight, Golovkin is untested as a ppv entity (and it's unclear if Cotto wants the fight)...and it's unknown whether Cotto will get the same offer he got from Canelo last time, considering how negotiations ended and with GBP knowing Cotto's probably got limited options to make a significant $ fight (with Pacquiao and Mayweather seemingly unlikely to fight the rest of the year).
