Usyk is more skilled, I was very impressed by his WSB performances. But Joshua is massive and can punch.
So can Medzidov who's bigger, stronger, faster and more skilled then Joshua but Usyk masterfully nullified him.
The olympics video of Joshua is a bit misleading, he's a different beast now. Would be more accurate to compare their latest fights.
AJ is 10-0 10KOs
Usyk 6-0 6 KOs (EDIT: We could in fact count his WSB wins, can't remember how many wins he had though)
Competition has been fairly weak for both, not sure who'd give the edge to (in the pros). Usyk has fought the better opposition if we count WSB.
Usyk is WBO Inter-Continental champ, 1 defence
AJ is WBC International champ, next will be fighting for the British title
Boxrec has AJ as 20th ranked heavy
Boxrec has Usyk as 12th ranked cruiser
Usyk is ranked #3 WBO
AJ is ranked between #7 and #15 by all organisations, highest being WBC
I'd say both have looked equally impressive so far - Usyk is improving every fight and showcasing his skills as his fights are going a lot longer than Joshua's, but AJ is blasting people out quickly. I guess that's the difference - Usyk has shown he can box and not necessarily rely on his power, while AJ has only shown that power side to him...if someone can withstand his shots, it will be interesting to see his boxing ability and stamina tested.
Usyk will definitely get a title shot before AJ in my opinion as he has gone specifically down the WBO route and personally wants to fight a champion ASAP, definitely win a title before 12 fights to get the CW record, while Hearn has said he won't rush AJ.

Not really. Since the olympics Joshua has padded his record full of bums and gate keepers at best. Which one of his opponents in the pro's are better then Cammerelie, Dychko. Savon or Medzhidov?
Well, AJ is still a year at least behind world title level and challenging the champs. If i'm not wrong, Usyk will be mando to Huck after 1 or 2 more wins, he is already highly ranked in the WBO. I think Usyk becomes world champ in late 2015, while Joshua will probably get the title once Wlad retires...we're looking at 2017 or so for that, most likely.
or even later.......
Not sure about that........... I'm not doubting his ability but because of the CW champs not willing to face him.

Usyk has the better overall skill and is a more natural fighter, but he is a cruiserweight...you say 'heavyweight' gold medalists - Joshua won at super heavy, while Usyk won at amateur 'heavy' - essentially as it is now, Joshua is a heavy and Usyk is a cruiser, although he will likely move up eventually.
All i'll say is, we could see this fight one day and it would be very interesting...but i'll also say one thing I am sure of - Usyk will win a world title before AJ.

Has anyone watched Usyk take on Medzhidov? Because Medzhidov is bigger, stronger, faster and more skilled then Joshua and Usyk neutralized him and won a decision. I think Usyk would win, I'm not knocking Joshua but Usyk is an amazing tactician and works beautifully with angles and counter punches. Skills pay the bills and there's not many who have more skills then Usyk around that weight class. This guy has the potential to be one of the greatest cruiserweights ever and become the next king of the heavyweight division.

Hard to say because of joshua's size and power.
Usyk has better skills, more agile, faster hand and foot speed.
I expect to see them fight in a couple of years
