I personally like mine with toasted bread, swiss cheese, lettuce and some salt and pepper. I also heard this is a great energy producing meal after a workout, lots of boxers eat this after a strict regiment.
i like my tuna straight up out the can.. none of that mushy chicken of the sea crap, i like that chunky tuna steak. i just crave it after a workout for some reason.. used to hate it when i was younger though, especially that mushy crap.
