While it's true that Floyd is less battle worn, he has some major weaknesses and problems that could surface in this fight. - He is the older man at 38. - He has taken a lot of vacations and partied while Pacquiao stayed disciplined and continued fighting. - His reflexes are slowing down. He took shots from Maidana that he would've easily dodged 5 years ago. - He doesn't carry much power as a welterweight. His last real stoppage was Ricky Hatton over 7 years ago.

Does it really matter? both are still #1 and #2 of the WW division and both top5 p4p fighters. Even if you think this fight is 5 year to late, this is still the #1 vs the #2 WW fight. No excuses, winner will be undisputed King of the WW division and P4P #1 on all lists.

Floyd's fought for 16 years in the pro's, Manny has fought for 20. Plus Floyd's style of fighting last's a lot lot longer than Manny's style. They're not "equal" in fight years. they're both still the top two fighters and neither one is prime. no excuses should be made. they're on even levels. pac may have gotten knocked out but hes still the 2nd best fighter there is. lets just enjoy this.

Who is Floyd going to school? This is his toughest fight in a long time, against someone who is faster than he is, southpaw and doesn't have concrete feet. Floyd has lost a step. This will be a very competetive fight, win lose or draw I'm with Manny.

Actually BOTH Floyd and Manny have lost a few steps in their abilities, so it's still pretty much the same fight now as it would've been 5 years ago.
