if Floyd did agree with ariza, then the floyd/manny fight would be called off.
it would be all on ESPN.
I don't see any boxing reporters saying the fight is off.
Not really. It can take days, weeks, or more to either finalize and sign or call it off. Floyd is though being very negative. This has been reported and confirmed by Floyd and Ariza. Also they are losing the PR campaign and need to come up with a plan to reverse that. Maybe that was what Khan/Floyd was trying to do but it backfired on them.
Plus, we don't know if Floyd is also discussing with other opponents. Floyd may call out another name when it becomes finalized. Like last year he left Amir Khan hanging for a while until it was announced that Floyd was fighting Maidana instead.
If the reason Mayweather doesn't want to work with Arum is because he just dont want to work with him out of spite vs it being legitimately difficult to work with Arum. Then yes it is a lame excuse and an utter disgrace.
Youre forgetting though how much Arum attacks Al Haymon and claiming he doesn't want to work with him. How can you make a fight with Mayweather without Haymon?
Its a lame excuse dude stop trying to justify stupid petty sh1t its like you are down on your cards and need a way to justify his avoidance.
I dont give a sh1t who said it, whoever says that unless Arum killed one of his family members or raped one I dont see it as a viable reason especailly after the first negatiotion he had no problem with Arum, and has even thanked hiim and hugged the man in person just last year alone.
It seems more like Haymon saying to Floyd not to work with Arum.
Floyd is a puppet and he is not his own boss that is why I laugh at his fans who say he is his own boss, really? the guy can't even read well and can barely pronounce the word ask he says Ax instead.
Both Floyd and Manny have a boss, and Arum is a scapegoat and any unbias Man will laugh at Floyds reasoning especially since he worked with OScar de la hoya who literally despises Floyd and vice versa.
In business people bite their tongue and put differences aside, I am curious why Floyd is so vague even Arum said someone should ask him and press him until he gives a clear answer why he won't work wtih me. Floyd can;t its like he was coached by Haymon on the ways of being vague answering without answering.
If Pacquiao said he will not work with Mayweather because of Al Haymon the same people who are defending Floyd for using that lame ass excuse of its Bob Arum, will say Pac is a coward ducker, and that the excuse is lame lol,
Unbiased people will say that excuse is lame whoever says it but the flows will always defend him no matter what stupid excuse, something so petty as Bob Arum, yet Floyd did business with a man who was way worse and more insulting and condescending in Oscar de la hoya.
Larry Hazard the commissioner of the new jersey boxing even said that excuse is lame

Espinoza is more involved in the networks working out a deal then Arum is.
Im going to let you guess as to why that is.
yep
HBO chairman and CEO Richard Plepler and HBO Sports President Ken Hershman joined Showtime chairman and CEO Matt Blank and Showtime Sports Executive Vice President and General Manager Stephen Espinoza on Wednesday at an undisclosed restaurant in New York to discuss the framework of a deal, a source with knowledge of the meeting told ESPN.com.

Fk if the networks havent agreed yet.... the network will find a way to work it out once both (floyd) side agree. This whole network issue is just bs road block by *****s.
The question is did Floyd agreed to his terms that was accepted by Bob and Manny???
You're asking me if Floyd agreed with himself?
:lol1::lol1::lol1:
Oh and the networks will just work it out once Floyd "agrees with himself" right?
Well why do you think the networks are meeting right now? To discuss the weather. To figure out who deflated the Patriots balls?
You think got that kind of time to waste?
But if Floyd agreed too, why is he complaining? Why did he agree to Ariza's rant? You know, the one where he said that Floyd will fight someone not named Manny on May 2nd?
So, show us an interview where Floyd is saying that he agreed? I can show you Manny's interviews. Arum's too (see video in this thread) but not Floyd's.

then show us the contract then because all the reporters are sayin there isn't a contract until all 4 sides come to an agreement.
Damn! No matter what they are blind! Following the sheepheardee wherever he leads

LOL at the reliable latimes..... the fact that BOB and Pac came out and said in public multiple times they agreed why hasnt Floyd or his team came out say they also agreed?? who cares what the latimes say... Floyd didnt say it.

they both agreed
Discussions to make the super-fight are proceeding, with Mayweather and Pacquiao having expressed verbal agreement to a purse split, a drug-testing plan and the MGM Grand in Las Vegas as a venue, while network executives from Showtime and HBO on Tuesday discussed a joint pay-per-view broadcast.

Oh really the networks have agreed? And you know this cause Arum said they did right?
What about others reporting the exact opposite???

All we know is that Floyd is still arguing about Manny's PPV #s and agreeing to Ariza's rant the other day. On the other side of things, Manny agreed. Even Floyd agreed on that Manny agreed but didn't say what was the issue ...... I wonder why. Maybe he is getting ready to move the goalposts so he can create one.
wtf are floydfans arguing whether pac has a say or not? that's not the point! his team has accepted whatever floyd's reps have demanded. and arum just stated moonves and hbo officials have hashed all the details and both networks want the fight.
these same floydfans accuse arum as a media whore, but at the same time keeps demanding from arum details about the negotiations lol.
the question floyd fans should be asking, is where is floyd?

Espinoza has been VERY vocal about the fact that Arum has been full of ****.
What are you talking about?
Espinoza said that no contract have been drafted. That doesnt mean Bob and Pac havent agreed to Floyd terms. Like i said Floyd side have not denied Bobs claims of them agreeing to everyting.
YOU UNDERSTAND NOW?
Damn, this interview was ETHER.
Floyd just needs to fight Pacquiao and get it over with.
I remember a interview from Roger Mayweather around 2010, he said Mayweather had a bad dream he had lost and he awoke crying.
If the fear is that real, Mayweather may NEVER fight Pacquiao.
And I'm normally on Floyd's side of the negogiation.
Looney tunes admitted himself that he has nightmares about losing.
