I love Pacquaio but truth be told Tito's Achilles heal has always been slick fighters with good lateral movement, good foot work, good jab and able to fight on the back foot Manny is niether of these except in the speed department.

Trinidad has so many advantages and when you talk about a guy with power, size plays a major role. Pacquiao would be quick and he would make it difficult early but once Tito sets himself and can start landing big shots, he'll take Pac out, probably around round 8.

I can see Trinidad looking awful early as he'll be forced to turn and reset a lot. Trinidad liked to have his feet planted to generate power. I think eventually Trinidad is gonna catch him with a right hand down the middle, and work Manny up close as Pacquiao tries to smother him. I view Pacquiao differently when I envision him going up against a fighter with a great right cross, I always take that into account. This sounds right to me. Pacquiao>Trinidad, just not at welterweight. Too big and powerful and will get there sooner or later.

If tito doesn't put him to sleep early (and i don't think he would) pac outpoints him pretty clearly, fight becomes more one sided the further it goes.

To be fair to Manny, he never was a great welterweight and this thread is putting him in with one of the hardest biggest welterweights in division history. His fantasy fights should be 140 and lower to be fair. Manny would have success early on because of his speed, movement, and activity by the mid rounds, Tito will be picking up steam closing the distance.
