I dont think he's lying when he says that he "signed a contract" knowing how shady bob is, pac probably did sign something "official" with those terms. problem is they're terms that bob made up, not anything that floyd has agreed to.

I am sure they are but that is par for the course and I don't think it is a big deal in the grand scheme of the fight happening or not happening. The parties either want this giant pile of cash or they want to set it on fire so no one can have it either way it will be resolved soon.

Yeah, that's the only thing I really blame on Pacquiao. IMO he definitely wants this fight more than any other person directly involved but he doesn't put the pressure on Arum/Koncz. Instead he says everything is upto his promoter and that he is only a boxer. I wish he were more aggressive with them. It's simple..PAC is saying he agreed to everything Floyd demanded and so Floyd needs to sign a contract and send it to him. That's how it works...I do t think he means he signed an actual contract. He agreed and is waiting on Floyd signature so that he can sign. Make sense? Makes sense but networks are still negotiating so they cant draft a contract until that is complete.
