We can sit on here all day and name Atg's and champions who have not only been dropped but ko'd by lesser fighters..So is this just some type of trolling or do ya'll really believe the crap ya'll post?
To me this fight is rather meaningless for Rigondeaux because the flaw or flaws he showed int his fight are essentially baked in the cake. His big thing is his focus drifts and he gets caught with stupid stuff that should never land on him. Against a lesser fighter his focus was even worse than usual, which is bad but not that surprising, I think against a more threatening guy coming in he would be on his best behavior.
A lot of people didn't see it before, more see it now although I don't think most quite realize what is going on.
He is always going to be a guy that fights down to the level of his opposition but that does not mean he would do poorly in bigger fights.
You're surprised when people are talking about one of the 3 best boxers in the sport getting dropped by a weight drained club fighter? Talk about thin skinned.
Tremendously talented fighter, but he probably gets murked if he finally moves up 4 lbs.
as long as he keep fighting once a year, against sparring partners. hes in my p4p Kingdom book. doesn't matter that he gets dropped. man got 0 losses like Mayweather. my friends can find a foreign stream to watch his masterpiece battles. and and..I get wet when Rigo steps in the ring. so if you folks don't get wet like I do about Rigo - you know sh*t about boxing.
Ali, Jmm, Michale Jordan: all got dropped. Kovalev aint **** by the way, he is there for a paycheck. not sure how he keeps winning, I guess Pac's mom put some spells on him. Also negotiations just started right after the fight. my hero might fight that dude, that dresses as Mario in Disneyland. yep yep..and guess what, he will win by KO. Also he is the best amateur, that makes him p4p #2 automaticly. sorry I put him behind Mayweather, I just love Floyd little bit more.
that's how 90% of you guys sound on here. you should be called - Larry and his friends.
Why is Rigo exempt from any form of criticism? He got dropped against a nobody, he's still a hell of a fighter though. If other great fighters catch heat for "struggling" against other top fighters I don't see the issue with criticism towards Rigo's performance.
The cult of Rigo (lol) can't handle the fact that Rigo is not actually RiGOD. They can't handle that he's NOT no P4P King. They cant handle that he is not and will never be as good as Mayweather. Or that he actually has severe flaws that'll hinder his ability to get an elite win besides Donaire (lol.) or that other posters aren't calling him the greatest boxer ever.
And tbis one right here stings the most for delusional Rigo fans the fact that he will NEVER. EVER fight on American TV/Showtime/HBO again (maybe telemundo or the bein channel or whatever it's called tho) and that he's stuck fighting 4-loss fighters who have never fought outaide of Japan...... On Japanese reality TV channel. (And getting dropped twice)
Jesus. In all honesty if my favoeite fighters were under those circumstances I would defend them with my life and cry when someone is not kneeling and praying to them on one knee as well.
Lmfao.
He's a glass chinned bum according to the dumbasses here lol
These guys haven't seen Tito Trinidad, Pernell Whitaker, Juan Manuel Marquez and numerous others fight or else they'd be calling them bums as well.
Riigghhhttt... Because people were calling Tito and JMMS the best fighter ever. "Untouchable gods." "P4P Kings."
Welp. There goes that theory.
Neexxxttttt
Do you know how many ATG'S have been floored by lesser fighters?? i know you do but you just want to troll on with this alt account
Donaire is a lesser fighter, compared to Rigo. The Jap is not a lesser fighter. He's a straight up bum.
Let me repeat that.... Amagasoady is not a lesser fighter. He's an absolute skilless, caveman of a boxer... bum.
He never fought outaide of Japn. And he lost to FOUR. Yes. FOUR. Terrible, no-name boxers.
Let that sink it
If you get knocked down, even once, in a sport that involves getting punched in the face, you suck.
Except he didnt get knocked down once. He got knocked down TWICE. . To a 4-loss Japanese McDonalds burger flipper
Oh and got knocked down against Córdoba.
Lmfao. That was cute but NEXT
The guy is talked about like the next SRR and goes to fight a nobody and gets dropped twice. And everyone is expecting the skeptics to not have a field day with this?
Gimme a ****ing break.
If that way Mayweather GGG Pac Canelo etc this place would be on fire
So what do you guys mean what's the big deal?
GTFOH.:usa2:
He's obviously a better fighter than Bradley or Wlad. I don't see how that's even a debate.
He may be but he has not done much except beat 1 top fighter I can say the same thing about Loma but he has to still prove that he is in fact as good as I think he is
And Rigo have never looked bad like Mayweather looked vs Castillo and Maidana.
And Rigo have never been fighting with chicken leg and holding for his life as long as Mayweather was vs Mosley. Holding onto his arm save him for touching the canvas.
Also Mayweather never try to face boxers 6+ inches taller than him on their home country at the age of 34.
And if size is not a problem he should definitely face Lara the #1 contender or GGG to see if his chin is so strong. Imagine if same size Mosley was able to rocked him what all these long boxers with power will do.
And what was the record of the first 12 pro boxer that Mayweather faced?
You are looking for a sh1t storm of Floyd groupies to descend from bumsniff and verbally destroy you with illiterate opinions.
The bigger they are the harder they fall?
Or in this case the slicker they are, the harder they fall~
It is a proportional thing, if you are way up the technical boxer hierarchy and his fans obviously think and talk very highly of him in this regard, often the expense of other highly skilled practitioners. The fans of those dudes are going to come back and point this out, and considering all that get's said about Rigondeaux this turn of events is not shocking.
And this is why he gets so much hate he beat one credible opponent and rigotards put him over mayweather, PAC ,Bradley and klitchko
He's obviously a better fighter than Bradley or Wlad. I don't see how that's even a debate.
People only bring it up to troll the guys who act like Rigo is some type of boxing god. There are a few guys who act like Rigo is the greatest ever so some people are going to point out every shortcoming. That's how it is with every fighter though, not just Rigo.
They say the same about Kovalev because he went down even though he wasnt hurt and because Hopkins landed a punch or two in the 12th round that really had no effect.
Who knows. Didn't even look like he was really hurt either.
The Japanese guy got up on the ropes to celebrate and Rigo was already up.
ya i dont think rigo has ever looked hurt when dropped
I think the reason is because he got knocked down silly off what looks almost like a jab, from some super skinny feather fisted Japanese bum. Rigo should start fighting at 126 and 130. If he is so good, why he no move up in weight like the greats?
In boxing its kill or be killed. You best belie dis.
1) Amagasa came into the ring weighing 145 pounds
2) He ate a sharp right hand off balance. It wasn't strong, but Rigo was off balance and it landed clean. That's how easy it is to get knocked down in the pro's if you don't have your feet under you.
3) I'm sure he would not be the only great to have never moved up in weight. I don't see what's wrong with that(On the flipside he also can't complain about people moving up in weight to duck him).
I don't care what anyone says. Rigondeaux is the best boxer in the world.
How many times has he been knocked out? When has he ever looked seriously hurt? All of his knockdowns have been because he got caught off balance and because he is much smaller than most opponents the weight of the punches pushes more easily.
He always gets back up and comes with a vengeance. No.1 P4P for sure. I love watching him fight, and when he shoots out that straight left, its a pleasure to watch.
And this is why he gets so much hate he beat one credible opponent and rigotards put him over mayweather, PAC ,Bradley and klitchko
him getting dropped is not that big of a deal. what is a big deal is it didnt have to happen. thats the way i see it anyways. this guy shouldnt have been able to lay a finger on rigo in ALL HONESTY
We can sit on here all day and name Atg's and champions who have not only been dropped but ko'd by lesser fighters..So is this just some type of trolling or do ya'll really believe the crap ya'll post?
