khan's blazing hand speed, combination punching and workrate have him ducking amir like the plague. he's mayweather's worst nightmare. khan easily decisions mayweather. lets face it floyd has no shot. his only chance would be a KO as Khan's superior workrate would blitz him out of the ring. he'd look old. his feather fists would prove his undoing. pretty much any real student of the sport sees it this way. floyd knows it himself. that's why he is thinking about cashing out with pacman to avoid khan. amir is the last man he ever wants to see on the opposite side of the ring because we all know its a sure loss
all of floyds technical flaws would be exposed by a faster fighter. backing up with his hands down for example. khan doesn't have to have the highest ring iq that night. he has virgil. he just has to listen to his corner and stick to the game plan. people act like they don't realize floyd is *****ing out of this fight. he said khan isn't a draw when the fact is its just a losable fight so he doesn't want it. ortiz, guerrero and maidana combined don't have khan's fan base
Floyd's technical flaws? Khan is MUCH more technically flawed than Floyd.

Floyd would be favored, and he would resort to his usual leap in right hand to immediate holding to tie Khan up. That's what he would do against Pac too.
khan is fast enough to time that leap in right after awhile. something floyd isn't ready for
Garcia didn't time crap he caught Kahn with a "lucky punch". Kahn fought the wrong fight and payed for it
how was it a lucky punch when it's danny's signature punch?
everybody knows Garcia's best weapon is his left hook.
Once Khan starts getting jabbed to the stomach his game plan will be out of the window.
If Garcia was able to time Khan, Floyd will do a much better job
Floyd is a very under-rated body puncher

All i used to hear was there is no blueprint to beat Floyd, now Khan is supposedly superior to Floyd or his kryptonite?
So when Khan beats Floyd, will khan get no credit as Floyd was made for khan? Just like khan isn't getting credit for beat southpaws Alexandner and Collazo.?
why should he get credit for beating collazo? collazo's prime was 8 years ago.
can you name one fighter that collazo has a victory over other than victor Ortiz?
why should he get credit for beating alexander? he waited til he saw porter bully devon for the title first.
khan talks about fighting better opposition than he actually fights.
khan isn't a smart fighter. that is why he would lose too Floyd. khan tends too leave his feet when he punches in bunches from the outside, which will definitely get him clipped on the way in against Floyd. I don't think Floyd would knock khan out. but I do think he can knock amir down due too khan being a clumsy fighter. once that happens the fight is over.
khan will fight with a lot of confidence for 3 or 4 rounds until he walks into his first trap and gets hit with something he didn't expect. then you will see the low ring I.Q. of khan reveal itself. he will go back too being a fast fighter with no plan and Floyd will adjust and win a decision.
khan has the physical ability too beat Floyd. khan doesn't have the mental ability too beat Floyd. and we all know boxing is 90% mental.
Khan hasthe skills to give Money May a tough fight, but sorry I see Mayweather with the edge of 55/45. However, if the Vegas Greybeards decide to have Money May open at a 2 to 1 favorite, I'm placing a wager on King Khan
I'm a Khan fan and you do make a compelling argument however, we have pretty much seen Mayweather figure out a way to win ALSAYS so it's hard to think he wouldn't figure Khan out too.
I'd love to see this fight though.

Agreed, only people who are delusional give Floyd a shot of beating Amir Khan.
Does anyone give Amir Khan a shot of getting this fight, that's the way it should have been put to shut these cry baby fl0wmo d1ck gobblers up.

Khan has lost a decision before. It's plain to see how to beat him by looking at the Peterson fight. Khan looked like a clown running away so much during that fight.
Blunt his speed by getting inside. And for G's sake cut off the ring instead of following him around like Alexander did. Khan is not a good inside fighter and I don't think he can get away with holding for 12 rounds. Mayweather is a wonderful inside fighter.
Lost a decision to a guy who admitted taking peds and had some guy fiddle with the scorecards as wellas ref taking 2 points away from khan...petterson had all the help in the world
but forget about that, floyd doesnt fight like petterson, he's a safety first fighter, petterson made it into a dog fight, the drugs aided him to absorb punishment, and be stronger than he really was..also helped his stamina
take away the peds and pedderson aint ****, the current khan wud make easy work of him

I don't really think Mayweather will suddenly decide to turn into an inside fighter at age 38.
He'd fight as he always did in recent years, he'd try to lure Khan in and then counter.
If things go his way he may occasionally walk down his opponent (see Canelo) but that's not his main objective.
In the past Floyd was much more aggressive, but the version of Mayweather who showed up against Maidana is not unbeatable.
He would probably try to wear Khan down with his jab to the body and progressivly take control of the pace.
On the other hand Khan is fast and active enough to win rounds against this version of Floyd , especially early. Could be a good fight.

So take anabolic steroids and bullrush him headfirst with super human roofs strength and stamina ? Then get the ref to take two points for nothing and pay a guy in a hat to fix the scorecards ?
I guess if Floyd does all that he's got a decent chance of winning.
khan is a bad matchup for the floyd of 2014 - 2015.
khan honestly believes he can beat mayweather and he doesnt even make it sound like it will
be difficult.
khan fights like an amateur at times, but i dont think thats a bad thing when facing floyd
keep landing the punches and rack up the rounds. and with khans apeed and accuracy
he can for sure win rounds.
khans young, fast, hungry and getting smarter in the ring. He will win rounds make no question about it. But has floyds reflexes and timing deminished enough that khan can exploit.
Question is can Khan handle floyd's timing and counters....and shlt gonna get scary if Floyd start walking Khan down and fight him on the inside
Devon had a iron chin, he tried to walk Khan, tasted the power and speedy combos and backed off. Walking Khan down sounds good on paper, different story in reality. Collazo also found out the hard way.
Floyd would have to throw with Khan, which really isn't his style, and Khan isn't giving much room for error under Hunter, he's looking better and better

Floyd doesn't come forward. He may start looking like Alexander if he try's. The best he can hope for is to stay in the pocket and hope khan leaves himself there too long with a flashy combination so he can time him. Khan circa. 2014 doesn't do that though.
he didn't adjust to maidana until midway through the fight. khan's speed and movement will give him even more trouble. he isn't a plodder like mayweather likes them. you guys are cracking me up thinking floyd can score a KO. The only time floyd scored a legit KO at WW was against Hatton. He might look ok late but by then the fight will be lost
That wasn't even legit as hatton was a career light-welter, he had no business at 147 pounds.
