Pacquiao got knocked out by a very very limited Singsurat with a straight right hand to the body. Then moved up in weight so he did not have to rematch him (not interested in revenge.)
Then against Marquez, he was knocked down earlier in the fight by a right hand then knocked clean out cold with another right hand.
Floyd's laser like straight right hand would give Manny hell and probably knock him out.
:lol1:
He was actually about to pull-counter Manny's right jab. But Manny didn't throw it, so he just lead with it and pulled out of the way of the counter left. Vintage Floyd Mayweather Jr.
I still get puzzled now at 2:13, Pac just literally kept walking to Floyd. Damn I wished he didn't have brittle hands.
They didn't forget, they just are so blind that they don't think it applied to Manny. The have an over inflated sense of Manny's talent, skills and his wins over truly great fighters.
I don't know about that, they just have no concept of reach, height and the fact that Floyd knows how to use his unlike the tall Mexicans that Manny beat up.
it's almost as if people forgot Judah had a better reach. It's amazing to see that
Ortiz, Judah and even sharmba Mitchell hit Floyd cleaner and with better punches than Pacquiao.

Then they continued to look at Judah's success, Pacquiao himself admitted to studying that tape.
Well Judah had better hand speed than Pacquiao, as well as a '72 reach. Also, it's embarrassing to say a better jab even? Damn :nonono:

I get kicks out of watching this gif, it's just funny. Mayweather is probably thinking "Oh, there he go again, right, right, RIGHT, works like a charm"

You deserve a lot of credit for this thread. was right on point.
Pacquiao isn't fighting like he does in his prime, although that doesn't mean he still would have won even back then. Zab Judah looked horrible/gassed out in the later rounds of that fight. Speaking of which, Judah lost by more rounds which is the important part... Pacquiao at least looked fine throughout the entire fight, even if he was losing.
Floyd isn't fighting like he did in his prime. So, really, what's your point? Zab performed better than Manny did against a prime version of Floyd. That's saying something.
anyways, Pacquiao has had a great career. Yeah he lost to Floyd, the best boxer of this era, but let's not forget: 5'5 with 67in reach. His body is more primed for a lightweight stature if anything.
I agree. He's had a great career. But he was overmatched when he fought his contemporary. And he's embarrassed by it.
Did he suffer a career ending KO?
Was he knocked unconscious for 5minutes?
It's funny after the KO you guys said Pac was done and now you're acting like he beat a prime Manny :lol1:
Judah didn't really do better than Pac, who landed as many clean punches on Floyd as Pac? PAC was countering and wobbling Floyd throughout the fight.
Your guy even admitted it was 50/50 in 2009/2010 but PAC's decline is why it's in Floyd's favour.
Loooooooooooooooooooool.
You're absolutely. The Zab Judah that they bashed did better than Manny and against a prime Floyd.
How the hell does that work?

The last one used to have me rolling. Like...who the f*ck started that dumb sh*t? Well then what was Mayweather doing against Ortiz :lol1:
Hopefully they learned something man.
Exactly, Dom. Just too emotional to really look at what Mayweather brought to the table with his style of boxing compared to Manny's. I laughed at all of the "shoulder roll doesn't work against southpaw" guys. I'm like, are you all that silly to think that's the only kind of defense the man has? Do y'all not watch tape?
What about his size, his range, his boxing ability?
"He's never seen anything like Manny before! He's going to get knocked out or outworked over 12 rounds!"
Sure, buddy.

Don't ever compare Manny to Ortiz!! Manny has too many angles!!! Darting in and out!!!
So many posters on here sounded like casuals fans. What about distance control, Mayweather's ranginess?
"Speed!"
"Angles!!"
"Shoulder roll doesn't work against southpaws"
