As good as Rigo is I cannot watch his fights. Not only are his fights boring (sorry not a boxng purist) his personality is also is dry as stale bread. Rigondeaux also has an amazing back-story with winning two Olympic gold medals and leaving everything behind in Cuba to support his family by rising through the professional ranks. It seems very easy to promote such a fighter. Not saying he will be the biggest PPV star, but he is indeed marketable, especially giving the fact other marquee names are at or around his weight division such as Leo Santa Cruz. They just turned down two different 3 fight deals worth 1.8 million dollars + from Rock Nation and someone else. So who is falling for what here? Didn't need any evidence on the back end though I can see there is considerable evidence, not just evidence, that there was a hit job on Rigondeaux's career by Top Rank, HBO, the media and a decent number of stupid, moronic "boxing fans."

I constantly want the best fights to be made. In fact, I dislike LSC atm for the simple fact that he rejects the idea of facing any sort of challenge or threat. The problem here is regardless of what I ***** and moan about, Guillermo's promotional company won't do **** about it. They will most likely not be able to land him a good fight with purse bids of 300k when their fighter is asking for 500k min. himself, and they won't let their fighter leave onto greener pastures, whether it's a grey area or not let's not turn our cheek the other way and act like Rigo and his decision making isn't equivalent to that of a 5th grader in special ed class. Mikey is a "ducker" but he didn't feel comfortable with Bob Arum and has been been tangling with TR in a legal battle.
