Provo stalked Algieri all over that ring and hit him hard. I'm ok with the decision but I can see it going either way.
I had it 7-5 for Algieri, although Prov never stopped stalking..He did stop punching for many rds esp late..Some posters I respect had Prov winning,so I'd agree that maybe it could have went either way..I thought it was a close competitive fight in which Chris really pulled it out..
Not one of his three fights is a robbery, so his record is as it should be. Even if you believe he won the fights he lost, the other guy had his own case as well.
I completely agree with this..
Record is how it should be.
Still can not wrap my head around so many having Provo beating Algieri, I didn't even feel it was close. The kid practically swept after the second round.

I agree. I thought Algieri was pretty convincing for most of the fight, and you can make the argument he swept the fight from round 3 on.

The Bradley fight should have been a draw. Remember the ref incorrectly ruled a clear knock down a slip in the first round. If that was ruled correctly Thats a draw.
He clearly lost to Algieri and Herrera.
23-2-1
I thought he did more to Bradley than anyone ever could. Sure, he gassed in the middle and did a whole lot of nothing, but he made the guy take a knee in the final moment... very close to TKO.. and that was definitely a knockdown in the early rounds, dude was stumbling all over the place after getting up.
Thought he eeked by Herrera and Algieri and loss to Bradley, but barely. He's got some holes in his game that he's going to be disadvantaged to those styles but I don't think there's anybody gonna have an easy night with him that's the same size. Nothing but respect for Provodnikov.
