At lest against the competition, against both similarly ranked opponents.
Berto seemed to control more of his fight, at certain times I had the Broner fight a draw or him down by 1-2 rounds.

There was no need NE.
There was just no need.
His corner ****ing blew donkey dick in my opinion.
They wanted him to throw away his physical advantages and "didnt give a **** about how he felt" (or something like that).
I felt if Upsher kept distance, jabbed up then down low to set up his right hands he could of beat Berto. His corner kept telling him to go forward and throw punches in hopes that they would rock Berto with his 6KO power.
His corner was quite good actually. One of the rare times an observation was made with clear instructions given from the corner. Salka is a much better trainer than fighter. Berto stopped throwing when Upsher let his hands go. Anytime Upsher stayed on the outside, Berto would beat him to the punch with his faster hands.
Either way, Broner and Berto are both overhyped athletes with less skill than brawlers. They're hybrid boxer/brawlers in a bad way.
I thought both looked like ****. Berto would surely have a good chance at beating Broner though. Would be a toss up fight. Both have horrible defense.
Broner would rip Berto apart. Berto's chin can't take what Broner dishes anymore.

lol..
broner fought a MUCH better opponent than berto. upsher has some ability but he is known to go into survival mode very easily, kid doesnt have the confidence to be anything in boxing.
taylor on the other hand is a true fighter, he didnt quit or get discouraged just because he was less talented. he was there to win.
had the opposition been switched broner would have punked upsher real bad. i dont mean just knocked him out but made a real fool of him. taylor probably would have beaten berto who struggled literally every time upsher found the guts to throw a few punches.
taylor is not only gutsier but he is more skilled and talented than upsher as well.
they may be ranked about the same (i dont even think thats the case tbh), but there is a vast, vast difference in ability. if you couldnt see that idk what to tell you kiddo.
Haha, I loved Salka cursing him out in the corner "I don't give a F**K how you feel!!"

Thank upsher for that. When he did good, he stopped
Why don't you throw more!
I don't wanna get hit

I like Berto over Broner, I just do, and even I admit their competition were leagues apart. Taylor is an okay fighter, Upsher was a safe but durable guy, 6 KO's. Taylor is 23 and he looks like he can beat some guys but would lose to the top guys. He didn't lose that bad against Broner because he was actually an okay fighter.
