It was administered by the UCLA testing lab. Some doubt the credibility of them administering the testing, but they are the party that usually conducts the specimen analysis when VADA makes collections. 2. Paulie has been the loudest cheerleader for PED testing since being KO'd by Porter viciously. Has Paulie ever been subject to testing himself? We know he has little power, but that doesn't mean he's beyond the pail.
