No one is going down, especially in a fight which includes pillow gloves. Stop hyping up the fight, please. Let people keep their hard-earned money in their pockets especially in these economic times.
@imdazed @irondanhamza i have come to the conclusion that if floyd is in trouble this is the best scenerio for the fight, because it seems like when he senses he might be losing or lets say, hes dropped, hes gonna come out like Arturo Gatti and wing it, people always talk about the castillo fight but forget that he came out shoulder to shoulder ready to "die" and go toe to toe. Win or lose hes not gonna go out and fold which is something people always seem to think if hes in trouble.
Thus i think if he does get dropped, you are gonna see a different mayweather X10
That's what makes the fight so intriguing, and why I genuinely feel that we will see Floyd at his best this fight win or lose.

Maidana should have hired Heredia for this fight. They're not going to do VADA testing, anyway. Floyd is committed to USADA. Memo prefers USADA. So there won't be any problem there. I expect Floyd to be fully roided in this fight.
I think it's possible...sure. But I'm actually leaning toward Floyd stopping him. IDK, I keep seeing something playing out like Toney-Jirov or Nelson-Fenech II. I could see Floyd pulling off that that sort of strategy that involves well-timed shots on the inside that breaks down Maidana.
You mean, Maidana gassing out in the 2nd half of the fight and getting caught ..... that has the highest probability of happening if you are hoping that Floyd drops Maidana.
The fight already sold itself bruh no need to go full salesman mode. Hits another easy 1 mil + homes.
It didn't come close to hitting that the first time.
Because you can't knock down your opponent with pillow gloves. No need to hype up this fight.
so nobody has ever been knocked out with the gloves maidana wore in the 1st fight vs floyd????
If Mayweather worked on his strength on conditioning like he said he would he might have a little more pop and be able to keep Maidana from laying on him. If Maidana gets hurt early it might discourage him enough to throw him off his game like he was against Alexander. Maidana is going to apply the same tactics he did the first fight. I can't see him doing much better but it's up to Mayweather to make the fight more difficult for him.
Who knows, we'll have to wait and see.
I do see Floyd taking this fight though.
See, I think that's what he'll do early on. But then I think he settles down and starts (trying) to break down Maidana in close quarters. I don't know but I can't wait.
I think he's going to try and throw single shots and hold until Maidana slows down.
He'll attempt to move but only as much as his old legs will let him.
Interesting -- I can see that...but for how long?
Agreed. I expect Chino to be better though and I can't see Floyd moving around too much -- he could barely do it in the first bout. My premise is that Floyd's adjustment will be to concentrate more on close-quarter action rather than moving around more. And that could lead to a stoppage. But either way, he's in tough.

Oh I expect fireworks, 100%.
Floyds going to be in a tough fight again IMO.
Expected the first time and I expect it this time.

Yeah a decision is likely. But come on, it's the rematch! Hoping for fireworks and I think Maidana is gonna bring it. I don't see Floyd moving as much which means more action? One can hope.

I don't see Floyd stopping him myself.
Maidana's too tough Floyd isn't going to go out his way to try and force a stoppage.
I don't see a stoppage at all, myself. On either side.

It could, in which case Floyd is in trouble. I think Chino's going to come even harder this time (pause). If Floyd makes any adjustments I don't think it will be to move more, but to move less and be more effective in doing so.
