Why haven't Brook and Porter even done a face to face yet?

A slick boxer, with speed and good reach, should be able to outpoint Brook very easily. Brook is slow and fairly one dimensional. He also has little mobility and head movement. But Porter isn't a slick fighter with good reach, quite the opposite. He's messy, and has very little reach. Porter might win, but his style on the face of it, isn't the one to beat Brook easily. This could be a great fight, but I think it might end up being one sided in Brooks favor.
