I gave my vote to nacho... I think he really produces polished fighters.. Roach a close 2nd I disagree with the second part, Floyd sr is better.

You are assuming that Garcia is the only one capable of doing that. Imagine Maidana with someone like Nacho, or Abel who could show him the very same things, even more technical. This is the problem with rating trainers, you are as good as your current fighters. There was a time not to long ago when Roach was being called overrated, now he's once again one of the best in the game. Reality is, Roach has always been a great trainer, it's just that Pac lost a few and therefore people were down on him. Roach can train explosive offensive fighters. But his fighters usually don't cut the ring off well can can be outboxed. I was being sarcastic though, fyi.
