Cotto doesn't get nearly enough credit around here. People discredit the Martinez win and instead focus solely on the Pacquiao, Margarito, and Mayweather losses. Cotto is an elite fighter and he'd give Triple G one hell of a fight. Whether or not he'd win is irrelevant because it's the most entertaining and challenging fight to be made in the division. You could easily make a case for either guy winning that fight, but you'd be a fool to get caught up analyzing past performances. Absolutely. Boxing fans are the worst, man. He's on another level compared to Geale and Macklin, GGG's best wins. He's a world class fighter and future hall of famer. You're crazy. If GGG could, he'd fight Canelo and Cotto on the same night and brutally stop both of them. It's not always up to GGG who he fights. There's commissions, management and who knows what else that controls who GGG fights. Boxing is a business with plenty of politics involved. GGG is the most exciting fighter in boxing today.

why would mayweather go to 154 and fight golovkin especially so late in his career. If GGG can make it to 147 I think he'll get a fight with money may . mayweather is a true 147 welterweight why would he go up to middleweight Was mayweather a true 147 when he fought Hatton and JMM instead of Cotto, Marg, PWILL, Pac, SSM?

As far as Ward goes - Nobody gives a f*ck about that boorish and self-aggrandizing f*ckface. He won't even fight guys in his own division because he thinks he's such a star that he should already be getting paid PPV money despite the fact that, as I said, he's a boorish twat who only fights in his backyard and even then can't sell out an arena of note. Let Ward worry about his own division. Golovkin has plenty of great potential opponents at 160 - Chief among them Miguel Cotto.
