Barrera, Morales, Marquez.
Arguably Cotto, Clottey and Bradley.
Also if you want to stretch it, you could say Margarito since Angulo is a poor man's Margarito and he would have kept going even if Lara knocked his eye out.
There's about ten better on Pac's resume and Clottey is not one of them.

Are you serious> ????
Also, how do you have an over and under rated list when you are new to boxing.
Get real dude.
Aside from the 10 Lara fans, did anyone think he was all that good? Anyone going life and death with Angulo like that is nothing more than average, Kirkland can be lumped in there with all three of them. Arguably Lara's best win is Paul Williams and that was his next fight after his nap with Martinez, a lot of people on here aren't very good at spotting quality talent. All that said I thought he would beat Canelo, so that should tell you what I think of that hypejobs perfect matcmaking. Not to mention he already has one judge with a scorecard filled out before the contracts are even signed.
It's easy to look back now and try diminish mannys win over oscar. Forgetting manny was a massive underdog in that fight as he was jumping a few weights while ODH was moving down. Taking that fight was a big risk and manny boxed flawlessly
I know, people try and re-write history, I remember countless boxing fans, especially on forums were saying Manny was a midget and would get killed, on the other hand, boxing "experts" from ESPN to Sky by way of HBO were calling the fight a farce...heck Oscar himself spent more time on 24/7 talking about fighting Hatton at Wembley or rematching Floyd than he did about Manny LOL
And now everyone bangs on about how the fight was set up for Manny...smh :****you: :usa: :****you:

boxing newbie or troll? I'll take your word on this one little boy.
I'll just name a handful of guys:
Barrera
Morales
JMM
Oscar
Cotto
Bradley
Any top welterweight today would've beaten that version of De la Hoya. same goes for Mosley.

Ok well some would argue Bradley and Margarito were also better.
