Lara's style is never going to be a draw. I don't have an interest in seeing him fight again. But Canelo really needed to reestablish himself and regain his marketability. I don't see how sloppy ineffective skills do that. This performance does not command interest. I don't know how much of a draw he is either at this point. Can he pull Cotto for instance? I don't know. For me 2 very disappointing performances.
This was a good fight no idea wtf u guys talking about. Canrlo shown improvemengs and was much better againsf a runner than he was against trout
Trout was coming to Canelo in the majority of the fight, and stood his ground. Lara was straight up running.

Slightly agree, my opinion was that Lara hit harder Canelo thought, and he never felt comfortable mixing it up even though he may have potentially been able to beat Erislandy to the punch. Boring fight for the most part, but was very technical.
Nearly fell asleep. I didn't expect Lara to run all night and Canelo couldn't close the gap and land. I thought Lara would be catching out Canelo loads of time. Perhaps it is stylistically bad fight.
Maybe Canelo-Cotto won't be bad. Lara could've won but he should've KO'ed Canelo and I don't want to see a rematch.
