My coworker is Danny's cousin and he got the scoop. So Danny is fighting Ross because Harmon is getting him 1.2 mill. As we all know, it's just an easy payday to hold him over til a showdown with Peterson. After defeating Peterson the plan is to celebrate as the first rican with all the titles. At that point he will be guaranteed millions of dollars for each fight no matter who its against. Kinda like the Mayweather approach. It all makes sense. P.S.
