Faber is a 135 fighter, and is 5 ft 6. That said, Boxers are easy to take down since their front leg leaves them super exposed to single leg takedowns. Ronda would just shoot for the takedown as soon as the fight started, you really need to train for a very long time to defend takedowns proper. Some BJJ brown belts in the UFC don't know how to snuff takedowns properly. The problem would be Floyd not knowing what to do on his back, Ronda would take him down and pass guard easily. It's two different sports, Ronda would obviously get massacred in the boxing ring. It's like asking Floyd to beat Serena Williams in a game of tennis.

MMA fighters > Boxers (elite vs elite) in an MMA fight. This is just fact. Some of the ignorant boxing fans here don't know the history of UFC. The whole point was to see which martial arts is the best. There were no pro boxers that entered, but one thing was proven that day; Strikers eventually get DOMINATED by grapplers. Gracie Jiu Jitsu, specifically Royce Gracie won the first 4 tournaments. There were no weight classes, Royce fought and beat bigger and stronger guys. There is no question that any elite MMA fighter, bigger or smaller than Floyd would beat him easily in an MMA fight. The question is, can Ronda Rousey beat him? A girl. The answer is still yes. 1. Floyd is not that much bigger than her, and she's probably stronger when it comes clinching and grappling (see ronda and uriah hall). 2. Its been proven since day one that a smaller weaker grappler will dominate any striker even if they have strength and size advantage. Floyd is the underdog here, and the only way he can win is if he can KO her before she gets her hands on him. Royce was a special talent in his prime. Gi'd up Royce. Once they took his Gi away he became more vulnerable. But not every BJJ or JJ practitioner can just replicate what Royce did In his prime. As I said before, talent is talent and form is form.
