Yup duckish behaviour regardless of the drama he should have at least done the Rios fight because he said he would contract be damn. Rios was in damn zombie mode for fks sake Damn Abril beat him lol. His career would look much better right now Mikey should have learned from Gamboa's mistake instead of doing an even more blatant duck and get into legal sh*t too. Weren't they already doing a press conference though and Gamboa didn't show? Yes but the fight hadn't been signed yet by Gamboa at all, but doesn't matter because he said he would fight Zombie Rios at first, and then regretted after already being pulled into it , he should have fought and dealt with his issues with Arena box afterwards instead of not signing and doing a 180 at the last minute. That was a huge career fart.

HBO was only willing to pay for Mikey next fight with Yuri, but he ducked the Gamboa fight with a career high pay day. Since Gamboa just took the L (in a good entertaining fashion), I hope Mikey don't think hes off the hook. After Bob beat his azz$ in court, HBO should continue to apply the pressure on him to fight Gamboa or even Crawford now. **** Mikey Garcia! Ducked Gamboa like a little sissy. As a fan of Garcia I'm extremely disappointed with the way he has handled his career. A career high payday and a chance for a bigger things with a win over Gamboa. Well crawford took that from him and deservingly so. Some of this fighters these days are beyond belief. Just take the big fights that you are suppose to when you are competing at this level.

Everyone and their mom where calling him a duck duck duck to this day I still think he should have fought Rios myself, only his fans where giving him the benefit of the doubt back then.The big difference is that Mikey ducked first, and then the issues started not the other way around as it was with Gamboa he had the issues, and then bailed on the fight proposition in a very sh*tty way. He doesn't want the Gamboa fight. Didn't want it 3 years ago, didn't want it this year...can't see that changing.

They'll be buddy buddy once this lawsuit thig is cleared up in favor of them. If not, showtime will get another guy built up by HBO, but can't replicate their numbers
