No, it won't happen. That is too many big money makers on the same card and they wouldn't want to share the money. I will believe Floyd is fighting Maidana again when the fight is official. Maidana has a good chance to beat him in a rematch. Mayweather has no business being the 154 pound world champion if he won't defend that title. Until Khan beats a top 5 welterweight like Porter or Thurman he does not deserve a Mayweather fight and Mayweather fighting him would be a cherry pick and a waste of his few remaining fights.

Right, so we've all seen the video of Floyd saying he'll fight Maidana in September and has a big surprise in May. We know he's not gonna fight Pacquiao so the only other thing I can think of is Khan at Wembley. I think Cotto vs Canelo will happen on the Cinco De Mayo weekend regardless of how Canelo does against Lara in a couple of weeks. If he loses, which I think he will, he'll just take a warm up fight before the end of the year and be ready for a Cotto a few months later. Does anyone else think this is possible? They will be on at completely different times, so fans won't miss either fight. I think it's a real possibility. I don't think Canelo vs Cotto is happening because Golovkin is going to end Cotto's career.
