Mr. hypejob personified Keith One time Thurman who has yet to face one viable opponent, shyttt he has yet to face one top 15 ww, the thing is this trash card allows him to hide his suspect chin, facing d level fighters, because all the big names are locked up, and we know a good break comes after, so basically another wasted year for him, with his highlight so far being put on jelly legs by a blown up light and then him landing a phantom punch while on jelly legs. When is Keith gonna step up, he's been talking 2-3 years now, of course when everyone is locked up, but as soon as everyone is free, not a peep from this character, dude is a clown and fraud. People blame the Guerrero and Chino's of the world for not taking this match but how are you gonna tell million fighters to make pennies, vs a no selling, club fighter, but that given wth Haymons stable from 140-154 and yes 154 since thats where Thurman started off at lets not act like there are a myriad of other fighters Mr. One Time could face why he aint callin out a Alexander, and such..........
When is he gonna get some type of flack people..............
Glen Johnson is another example of a fighter whom was the best in the world in his division with idk think 10 losses, i know he had alot. Won fighter of the year also.
duude kieth thurman has fought some tought dudes i don't really like him myself but the guy can back up his **** man
gotta give that creditwhere it's due

Did if Salido was so great, he wouldnt have to pull every trick in the book, being weight classes above Loma, and low blow left and right, for a one fight fighter that figured him out by the 2nd half, cut that out he is a 10 loss bum too....Because who you hold a title doesn't validate you skills is showed in the ring, and the culmination of those skills brings wins, and if you fail to put those pieces together you end up with l's, back in the day people aint get credit for taking azz whooping, close fights, and contested l's......HBO and Showtime has you people fooled yall dont know the difference with a fighter with actual skill, contrary to a fighter with a paper title and a padded record..........
Lol what? So you're saying back in the day the best of the best weren't praised for their close fights or contested ass whoopings? What about fighters that retired with multiple losses near the 2 digit figures yet are praised as all time greatest, do those losses signify they are bums since you know, "back in the day people aint get credit for taking azz whooping, close fights, etc"? Another thing, regarding the Loma vs Salido fight.. I have stated numerous times that Loma did great and it was sad that Salido fought such a horrid and dirty fight. He should have been deducted points, etc etc… IDK where Loma came into this but be glad he beat a fellow prospect and looked stupendous while doing so. Salido did exactly what i described and he neutralised Loma with his grit, dirty tactics and over weight. Also, do you genuinely believe that fight should have even been for a belt? What are your thoughts on fighters fighting for years and never getting a shot? Or the fact that to most fighters a single loss will set them back even further and thus rack up the years of waiting, yet Loma comes into the game with an amateur pedigree that dignifies him with 2 title shots back to back? fair?
Oh, also.. HBO and SHotime does not implant their ideas upon my viewing of the sport. I have my own thoughts and beliefs as most of us fans do. Anyway Salido should have fought cleaner but he didn't, got the belt and handed Loma his first loss, ok. Does the fact that Salido has lost 10 times make him a "bum"? Hell no, give the fighter some respect even if you're biased against, that man has given us some gruelling fights and has put his body through hell not only to make a living, but to provide us with entertainment. If it wasn't for men like Salido we wouldn't have great prospects and champions like Loma. Think about it, it will all make sense.

That's when Salido was past prime and unable to make weight. At his best, he proved himself the best featherweight in the world, and his skills brought him plenty of wins.
Clearly based on your posts you're not interested in actually discussing this, you just want to rant, so whatever, I guess.
yeah what people tend to overlook when they see records with many losses is the fact that these fighters have tons of experience. Gatekeepers tend to do their job well. If the prospect they fight isn't what everyone thinks he is at the time than the Gatekeeper will rip his soul out in the ring. If the prospect beats him he is one step closer to where he should be. Plus most of these loss riddled records come from rugged, gritty men whom were never brought up properly or are very limited in their arsenal. However, most of them are challenges for anyone if taken lightly and tend to have a deep resume with great names on it.
The Gatekeeper is an overlooked fighter in boxing most of the time.

Tough fights dont mean anything when you have 7+ losses breh, not to mention he had 10 l's and 3 draws just stop it.....................

I expect him and Alexander next.
Doubt it, Thurman hasn't said shyyt breh, I'm kind concerned for him when has he been this quiet..............http://www.thecoli.com/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/patrice.png
The comical shytt is he grab the mic talking like Hulk Hogan after being put on jelly legs by Julio and landing a Phantom punch that would put Ali's, and BHops to shame, barking like he really did something.........http://www.thecoli.com/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/childplease.png
He gave Maidana a tough fight and beat Berto. Yes, he was a top 15 welterweight at the time.
You want to name 15 welterweights better than Soto-Karass at the time or keep posting Stephen A. Smith's annoying douchebag face for some reason?

A 10 loss 3 draw fighter is a top 15 WW, huh...........................http://i.imgur.com/3zdmjvQ.png

sunday august 3rd is the day it gets bad for thurman.
he will wake up, open the papers and see the headlines of bam bam rios mauling and decimating his best win chavez.
his other best win after that best win was just beaten by devon .... who was never bambi legged during the fight!!!
thurmans best wins crushed by come backing fighters!! lol!!!!!His future is clear as day, it's a shame, because he can talk himself into some hype, but the non bandwagon hoping public aint quite buying him, and with his opponent selection him and his people aint quite believing his own hype
How dare you try to slam a "power puncher"
Did you mean Phantom puncher......
How he let a blown up lightweight that was thinking retirement buzz the **** out of him, and pull a George constaza, quit and leave on a high note......http://www.thecoli.com/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/smugfavre.png
The worst thing is he isn't fighting when he should
His people know his chin is China, so he rather play the talk and hide game, he was buzzed and losing and all 3 of his last fights before getting the ko vs them low level fighters, not to mention he looked like complete shyt vs Zavek, they are thinking cash out with him..........

Soto-Karass was definitely a top 15 WW when Thurman beat him.
Thurman wants those better fights. Don't blame him, blame the managers and promoters who won't let their fighters in with him. I'm not sure why NSB is always blaming the fighter who can't get the fights, rather than the people actually responsible.
