Pre-Med is considered anything up until applying to and getting accepted into Med School.
I wonder if hes taken his MCATs yet...thatd be impressive considering his boxing career. That test aint easy.
respect!! instead of blowing that money away on strippers, fancy cars, etc. he's actually using it to pay off his debt. cant hate on a person with this kind of thinking. he still aint phucking with manny though LOL.
No. For what? I did not hear his interview in full. Or if that's what he wants to say. But if you finished a four year (BS) related course (so called pre-med courses), you go to med proper. But if his BS and masters in nutrition are not considered a pre-med course, the he has to take one. Trying to look intelligent? no need.
English please do you speak it?
Well tell him then. He has a masters in nutrition...and he said he's in pre med @1:00 in the video. You're trying to make yourself look intelligent...right?

He already has a Masters degree in a related course. No need for pre-med. It would be medicine proper.

Last time in checked he was working on his doctorate, not sure if phd or md. He's already got a masters in sports nutrition I think. He also went to state that he's well off and doesn't really need boxing money wise. He just loves the sport. Check out his Instagram, hell, he could be team gracias s&c coach
Yeah I saw his Instagram. I was very impressed, the dude is the definition of fitness.

What a relief! I thought all posters here read nothing but boxing news. You are right. He already has a masters degree about nutrition but not necessarily in sports. That was news before the fight. The writer was comparing Ruslan and him, that Ruslan came from a poor family, how boxing bailed him out. In contrast to Algieri who attended an exclusive Catholic school during hi school, finished his BS, went into kickboxing and shifted to regular boxing at the age of 23, .. etc, etc. In his interview after the fight, he said that part of his winnings will be used to pay student loans.

He's in pre-med...he's going to become a Dr.
What a smart fellow. Wonder what he does next

He is definitely a breath of fresh air. The whole underdog story of making out of poverty will never get old and shall always be inspiring, but it is also nice to have someone in boxing who had options yet chose to become a pugilist. In MMA it is a norm, but in boxing not so much besides Cleverly, Macklin and a few others. Marquez is a trained accountant as well if I am not mistaken.
