I thought Sergio didn't but he did spar for the Cotto fight during his training camp in Spain. Don't know how many sparring partners or rounds had. Don't know if he did spar during his camp in USA but he did in Spain. Here is the video from april of this year: Pretty sad , Martinez can barely move. Just a sitting duck.
