I personally khan would be the favorite going into the fight. Khan has many advantages over cotto such as speed,stamina(cotto is known to run out of gas after the 8th round) height, reach and he has youth on his side. This would be a tough fight for Cotto also not jus khan. He wont be able to just bully khan around. At MW? No way would he be the favorite. Cotto is very accurate, has exquisite timing, is way too strong and hits way too hard for Khan. He puts him away before the 6th round. Khan is 147 anyway. He just got there.

If khan gets on his bike he definitely has a chance but if he tries to go toe to toe, it would be over in the first 6. Cotto has had some trouble vs speedy fighters (pac n floyd come to mind) but he was also able to land on them. Even if khan gets on his bike cotto will pressure and go to that body and once that guard comes down cotto will proceed to break that glass chin.
