Miguel Cotto wins against any version of Sergio Martinez!

I'm not so sure Cotto beats every version of Martinez. He sure beat last nights version.

Sergio just hasn't mixed in the class of Miguel. Miguel is the first bona fida fighter he fought. Sure because Miguel couldn't even handle an opponent like Trout, which i'm sure would be stopped by Williams, Pavlik , and a prime Martinez.

Come on, Gift isnt even PR. The guy hates Latinos for Christ sake. I would have liked to see at the very least a half recovered verison of Martinez so as to put up a fight. With a somewhat recovered Sergio, even at 40 it would have been a great fight win or lose. But to me this not only old (which of course we knew going into the fight) but crippled version of a once great boxer getting his ass kicked, it does nothing for me. cotto isn't puerto rican neither, wasn't he born in new york? haha

I have watched the fight about four times now. Sergio has said himself he got caught and never recovered. Cotto had the game plan,training and skills to beat him on any night of his career. I have been saying this from the beginning Sergio, while a great athlete is not a great boxer. There was no hobbling or knee issues Cotto is just better.
