Freddy was quoted by Ring Mag saying that King Cotto hits harder than Chavez Jr. I have said it a few times that Steward and El Cubano were systematically changing King Cotto's style and had Cotto throwing arm punches. Freddy has the King back utilizing TORQUE and bringing the old destroyer Cotto back. La bailarina thinks that this event is Dancing with the Stars or Mira Quien Baila. This is not a beauty peagent or any of the like. This is war and the King is ready! Sergio belives that he is taking King Cotto to a prom night event, you know dinner and a dance but the King will skip foreplay and its going to straight up and date rape Sergio, stretching her and blowing her roof off ruining la bailarina forever! Cotto stops Sergio under 9! War Cotto!!

Cotto is more explosive and accurate which is why he's more damaging. Chavez is heavier handed but lacks the above two traits.

The Ballerina would just tear Cotto a new *******, bad fight for Miguel its all wrong for him! Cotto lights to have a paced fight at range and be the one pressing the fight but with Chavez... does he? was it sergios knees or was it cottos power, i have a hard time believing cotto punches harder than someone 180+ martinez didn't even get a chance to hit him, he was either on wobbly legs from being clocked, or cotto was out-manoeuvering him not to mention, roidless martinez doesn't hit as hard as roided martinez

How well Cotto can accept Sergio's punches is what will decide this fight far more than likely. If Roach was claiming Miguel was suddenly capable of withstanding twice the amount of damage he has traditionally I might be inspired to have new perceptions about this match. Not hearing that though.

Maybe on a p4p level - but obviously not when you consider the size disparity All I do know is - Sergio's fancy hands down approach strategy will quickly alter once he eats that jab. That approach works when the opponents when he's so much faster. I think after 3-4 rounds, Sergio will go with a traditional hand's up approach He's going to eat a jab from the opening round
