Yes, he really sounds sincerely sorry. It always seems to be Broner who is saying things he needs to apologize for later. The guy is a racist or he would not have said what he said in the first place. If he is apologizing now it's for his own self interests and not because he is really sorry for what he said. C) In another example in the same time-frame called an opponent a "Burrito eating dude". D) And then he says that he "beat the f.uck out of a Mexican!". That's FOUR examples!
